I grew up in Peru enjoying so many delicious pastries. The ones which marked me the most are; Alfarojes: a soft cookie filled with dulce de leche that melts in your mouth when you bite it. Chocotejas: it could be filled with plum or coconut with dulce de leche, and covered with chocolate. When I eat them, I can remember my childhood and feel the family warmth. That's why I decided to make them myself. Here they are ready for you to enjoy!
